The art and soul of compassion

Top background image is from the artwork made by and given to the community of Omagh, Northern Ireland in the Petals of Hope Project, guided by artist Carole Kane. The hand-made piece of paper is titled, "Believe in miracles and cures and healing wells", from the poem, "The Cure of Troy", written by Seamus Heaney.

The title music in the digital stories is an excerpt from 'Tussilago' by Visionary Hours.

Made possible by a generous grant from the Fetzer Institute

We are grateful on three counts to our colleagues and friends at the Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies, University of Notre Dame: for supporting our initial grant application to the Fetzer Institute, for providing financial support for staff who work on this project, and for fostering a climate of research, creativity and exploration into these paths of peace.
